SupportKontor answers customer questions about orders. For that we process exactly what the reply needs: your customer's email, the matching order data from your shop, and your service rules.
Where each part runs
Storage in the EU (Amsterdam). The AI reply is generated outside the EU and email delivery runs through a US provider, both under a data processing agreement with EU standard contractual clauses.
Database in the EU
Order cache, log, and configuration sit on EU servers.
No AI training on your data
Your customers' messages train no AI models.
Deleted after 90 days
Customer messages are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Payment via Paddle
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as an independent controller (Merchant of Record). Data entered at checkout is processed under Paddle's own privacy policy; full payment details never reach us.
