What is included

  • We set SupportKontor up together with you, on a call or by email.
  • Connected to your Shopware shop, forwarding from your support mailbox.
  • Up to 500 requests a month are included in the price. Higher volume? Write to us.
  • For the first 48 hours the system only drafts replies and does not send anything.
  • Every decision is in the log, and you can step in at any point.

If it turns out not to be for you

  • 14-day money back, no reason needed.
  • Cancel monthly.
  • No setup fee, no minimum term.

How it goes

    Pay

    You pay the first month through Paddle, our payment provider. The invoice arrives by email.

    We get in touch

    Within one working day we write to the address from your order and set SupportKontor up with you: connect your shop, forward your support mail, decide what the system may handle on its own.

    Read along for 48 hours

    The system only drafts. You read along and release what is good.
